What we’re looking for

At TIAP, we work with enthusiasm on challenges in industrial automation. Every time we walk into a factory with machines we’ve (partly) developed, we can’t help but smile — and we expect our new colleague to feel the same.

Diplomas? They’re nice to have, but what we value most is your drive for technology and your knowledge of software. Experience is a plus, but we also welcome you if you’re eager to learn the trade in practice. We believe you only truly learn by working on real customer projects.

At our office in Wezep, you’ll work with a small, close-knit team of engineers.
